Dear Mr. X,

Hello!

I am meng yun. I was interviewed on Friday. The position of interview is auto test.

First of all, thank you for giving me the opportunity to interview and spend an hour with HR to meet face-to-face with a new employee like me. I've been pondering some of your questions these days. Sure, I was a little rattled by the questions you asked later in the interview. But I am very grateful and I believe that it is your guiding and enlightening questions that make my thinking clearer. I would like to take this opportunity to share with you my thoughts and results.

1. Why did you choose to sell when you graduated?

Half of the decisions were planned, and half were helpless.

University four years undergraduate and graduate students, three years in biomedical engineering of medical equipment, I very urgent want to know real doctors using these devices for the equipment and the actual clinical experience. I think these experiences will help and facilitate future research and development. And sales work can make me feel good about myself and give back to my parents. In addition, there was no very suitable r&d test position. The research and development test position is not in Shanghai or other industries, such as the Internet. I want to stay in the medical device industry, and have the advantage of being able to learn. So I chose the current sales job.

Why are you leaving the sales job now?

There are two reasons for leaving the sales job:

On the one hand, I know what I'm doing. In my career planning, from a technical point of view, there are such a year gap year, now it's time to move to the next phase of career planning. In this year's sales work, I create value for the company to complete the index, also seize the opportunity to learn from the work, prepare for the next stage of the occupation. I think that despite the different positions, some basic skills and habits are common.

On the other hand, the reasons for their own character. I believe that "talk less, do more" and like to make a lot of money, but selling is to push and persuade with one mouth. I am outgoing and easy-going, but this does not mean that I can be familiar with strangers in various kinds of interests. I have a good intention to communicate with doctors about products, but doctors do not want to talk about technology. I like reading books and sports, but doctors or some people who are in contact prefer to have a meal. I like stability, but sales jobs need me running around. Sales work is hard to sum up. I can do sales well, but I think my character is more suitable for technology.

3. Why do you choose to test?

To be exact, I started working at Stryker from 2011-12-01, and started to change my job in 2011-08. Started on 51job in November. In addition, I have read "c ++ primer", "the c programming language", "software test practical technology" and other books, as well as some headhunting exchanges. I think work can be divided into two categories: sales and technology. For example, the market, consulting and I have been sold. R&d, testing and so on are technologies. I think my strengths, my personality and so on are suitable for the technology. I admit that I have no such strong programming skills, and I think I am a hard-working person, but not smart enough to do science nuts. After studying the software test position, I believe that after a learning curve, I am able to do the job and get the job done. As you ask, my knowledge of the test is only what I have seen from books and heard from other people, but I believe that this direction is correct.

4. Why Siemens?

Select a company and choose an industry first. I have been studying medical equipment for seven years and want to stay in this industry to apply it. Although I have received an offer from another company. But medical equipment, all want to go to Siemens, like the university of the university want to go to tsinghua university. This is the idea that my department of biomedical engineering has been thinking for a long time. I think it is because of the mature and standardized enterprise system of the century-old enterprise, the products and the excellent employees. On the one hand, the enterprise is stable and mature. As a staff member, I will also be able to do my job well in my job and contribute to the enterprise without the fear of whether the company will lay off workers one day. On the other hand, I also want to learn from good colleagues and leaders, and improve myself.

5. About management

Management is a big topic. Part of my current job is management. As far as I'm aware, there are two aspects: one is that managers tend to have certain talents, such as strong professional skills or excellent communication skills. On the other hand, it is the knowledge of the good use of people. For now, I don't have the qualifications and the ability to manage. During the interview you asked: will you bring someone in two years? If I have the opportunity to do so two years from now, I will not be disappointed.

Perhaps from the point of view of managers and HR, I have been transformed by a high risk, high and volatile candidate, which I didn't expect. From sales to technology, do you have professional skills? Is there an appropriate personality factor? Two big questions. But it is had to do the comparison of technology and experience in sales, it is many times thinking and discussion, than do sales before me, I am now more clearly and firmly know yourself, and know what you can do and want to do.

I'm a little bit of a summary and a fool. Please bear with me.
